The New Clydesdale E2 is an Arc Flash Protection Face Shield, that stows with the visor full protected within the body of the hard hat in a balanced, compact position, with its weight centred over the top of the head when not needed.

The E2 has an Arc Rating of 12cal/ cm² and is APC2. It provides a light grey-tinted, clearer, more transparent window for improved visibility and colour discernment. The assembly is fully tested to IEC62819, the newest arc flash standard, and offers the benefits of both a fully certified 1000V hard hat and arc flash tested face visor.

Work Lights (option): On the side of the faceshield is an easily adjustable flashlight attachment point which can hold an optional, attachable work light. With these optional work lights, the user is not inconvenienced with holding a flashlight while working.
