This design fits all ESI cross arms. The dual pin holding facility allows the top roller to be opened from either side, for convenient, insertion of the conductor. The uplift roller is of hardwearing abrasion resistant nylon, while the main roller is of hardened alloy with free running ball race suspension to minimise tractive effort. The high quality steel frame is fully galvanised after manufacture.
