This clever tool is designed for easily lifting the conductor out of the Insulator Mounted Straight Line Roller onto the insulator whilst under final tension. The tool is made from zinc plated steel with all contact points and handles plastic dipped for grip and conductor protection. The tool is patented under Patent Ref.
