All the insulation used in this range of insulated knives is moulded in one piece, thus avioding possible air gaps or other potential hazards. All blades used are made of high quality steel giving extreme strength and long lasting sharpness. All knives have been designed with the end user in mind: the knives are well balanced for effortless cutting and safe with finger stops to avoid injury. All knives are supplied in a protective sheath.
